This canoe is very easy to maneuver and turn, especially at low speeds. Even without significant boofing, the tip rocker tends to overwhelm everything. Its linear speed is on par with all current fast canoes. It's definitely a good choice for waterfalls. The very wide cockpit at knee height makes getting in and out of the canoe very comfortable.
The only negative I've experienced, accustomed to the Phoenix, is the lack of tail grip during turns; if you want to change direction at speed, the tail tends to drift, making the maneuver slow. Boofing is also limited due to the considerable length and surface area of the tail, but it certainly can't be said that the canoe doesn't boof well.
The cockpit and the volume around the knees are decidedly large, and the spray skirt is quite exposed to impact with the paddle shaft (which could shorten the life of the spray skirt).
